This delicious Maritime gin has been distilled with hand-picked marsh samphire from the coastal areas of East Lothian.  The coastal Scottish botanicals give subtle tones of green tea, complemented  with the warmth of ginger and vibrant citrus flavours .
Serve with a light tonic  such as Fever Tree Light or Capi Dry toninc.  Is fabulous served straight with oyster or a slice of lime or a twist oflemon.
