This delicious Maritime gin has been distilled with hand-picked marsh samphire from the coastal areas of East Lothian, Scotland.  The coastal Scottish botanicals give subtle tones of green tea, complemented  with the warmth of ginger and vibrant citrus flavours .
Serve with a light tonic  such as Fever Tree Light or Capi Dry tonic.  Is fabulous served straight with oyster or a slice of lime or a twist oflemon.
