This tasty Italian is perfect with pizza, it can also pair with prosciutto, Italian cheese and mushroom.. 

Like most Sangiovese, it has a spice and weight halfway between a pinot noir and shiraz. 
The noise is all plums and blackberries and benefits from some time to breathe before consuming. 

The palate is olive leaf and tart red apple with a dry finish.
